- what you want to buy
- whether the property is for you, for renting out, or a combination of both
- which location you prefer
- whether you need a mortgage
- roughly when you want to buy
If you have a clear idea and a particular listing in mind, there is no need to complicate it.
When the interest is serious, we connect you with an estate agency
Once it is a real purchase, we connect you with an estate agency in that country.
The estate agency handles
- the viewing itself
- communication with the seller or the developer
- the reservation and the further steps needed to complete the purchase
- depending on the location, it may also help with managing or renting out the property
If you need it — this is not part of every purchase
If you need a mortgage, we can point you in the right direction
Financing a property abroad works a little differently from a mortgage in Slovakia. We can explain the basic options, tell you whether financing in that country is realistic for a foreign buyer, and what conditions you will probably need to meet.

When buying property abroad, using a lawyer is very sensible. Compared with the price of the property it is usually a relatively small cost, and it can significantly reduce the risk of unpleasant surprises.
If you want your own lawyer, we can recommend a local one.
Alternatively, you can use the legal services arranged through the estate agency.
